The economy is tough. You see and hear it
every where you look and listen. But it
is our very own fault.
I have a theory about this situation.
The economy is tough because people quit caring
about the customers who spend their
hard earned money buying goods and services.
And thus, the customers quit caring
about the businesses. Once you sacrifice
customer service for profits, you are on
your way out of business.
Plus it’s 2012 and you are most likely
not the only choice professional in your field.
