Johnny Collins is one of my favorite
people to listen to. There is
something super special and charismatic about
him, that commands an audience’s attention.
Johnny is one of us here at Sales Finesse
Radio. His mantra and company
slogan is “Always Be Closing” and if you are
reading this, it is probably yours as well.
In today’s noisy market, you have to go
above and beyond the normal, to stand
out among the noise. Johnny and I both
agree that “service separates” nuff said,
bottom line. Service is everything and the
one thing that can set you apart from the
noise.
With that in mind, Johnny and his
business partner Philip Postel, started
a title company in Dallas Texas.
Title 24-7 is changing the way the
stuffy old title business is being done
in Texas.
There’s no secret to their success. But their
hard work, and dedication to serving their clients,
sets them up in a league of their own
(not in the SEC) [inside joke]
Johnny also talks about his dislike
for the word “employee” and prefers
“team member” or “family” There is no
doubt in my mind, that he is an authentic
leader that don’t just talk the talk.
Enjoy the show, it’s filled with tons
