Sell It and Scale It [Video]

One thing I’ve learned over the years is that you can’t do everything alone. You can’t scale anything 1:1. You need help. Problem is, most salespeople think they have to do everything themselves in order to operate. This couldn’t be further from the truth. Even if you’re a solo sales rep, you can still scale your efforts and grow a team.

For five years I worked alone. I ran the ads, closed the sales and delivered the service.

Even in my mortgage days, I rolled this way. I grew up a one-man-wolf-pack kinda guy. I got so used to doing everything myself, it was hard AF to delegate things out when I first hired Lindsay to be my assistant.

In late 2015, I made the decision to go from a one-man operation to a full corporation with a team of people working together. Less than two years later, my team produces more in a month than I did in a year working alone. Learning to sell and scale has been crucial to my success. It’s crucial to yours as well.

There are four key components to scaling a sales business. In this video, I’ll explain the four components to you and break down why you need them as well as how to use them. Enjoy the video and be sure to share it on social media.
