From an early age, we have been conditioned to associate pain with something that is bad for us. 

The human brain uses pain to protect us. 

In life when you accept pain as a feeling you will have no problems pushing through it.

When you’re ready for pain and push through it what waits for you on the other side of pain is in most cases well worth it.
