Being in a state of anger doesn’t solve any problems. 

When you react to someone’s actions with anger, it never will enhance the relationship or solve any problems. 

Maybe you will feel some satisfaction initially from telling someone to fu%k off, but that won’t last. 

Getting angry is part of life and everyone does it, but you don’t have to express the anger by being negative and rude.
