This time of year when a New Year is just kicking off you will hear a lot of people saying “New Year, New Me.”

If you want to be a new you in the New Year the old you will need to die.

You can’t be two people at once so if you’re going to be a new you the old you has gotta go.

If you’re trying to be two different people at once one of them is fake.

One of the versions of you will not be in alignment with your core values and who you’re supposed to be.

In order to be a new you, you will need to part ways and say goodbye to the old you.
