I’ve done my best to read every solid sales book in existence. Someone suggested this book to me a few months back and it changed the game for me. I listened to it on Audible and I highly recommend you do the same. Oren has a ton of energy and when he reads this book, he reads it on a hyper-blast energy setting.
 

So, how is this sales book different than other sales books?

 
It’s about pitching. Nothing more, nothing less. It’s the best book on pitching I’ve ever read. The only pitcher who’s better than Oren Klaff is Nolan Ryan! Oren has this alpha/beta mind frame down to a science. And there is beauty in simplicity. The easiest processes to remember are the simplest.
 
Oren writes and executes professional pitches for huge billion dollar companies. He creates prospectuses for hedge funds, and has to 10-second pitch the wealthiest people on the planet. Oren Klaff is a MF boss! I’ll put my stamp of approval on him #Closer
 
The best part of the whole book is when Oren is making his case on why we need to shorten our pitch. He uses the analogy of when they mapped the human genome, the most important break through in history. An entire presentation that was only 90 seconds total. He goes on to say, “If your pitch is over 90 seconds and you’re not saving the entire world, it’s too long.”
