Book Review: Right Flipping Now by Jason Lucchesi

It’s no secret that since 2005, I’ve been flipping houses on the side. In the last 12 years, I’ve flipped and sold over 40 homes. It’s also no secret that I’m into taking massive action without having to think through it too much. Which is why I wrote the foreword and this review to my homie Jason’s new book Right Flipping Now.
Right Flipping Now is a book based on real estate but the principles you learn from the book can be applied universally. For years now, Jason has been helping people get off the fence and go from analysis paralysis to getting their first home flip done. There’s nothing to it but to do it.
Having worked closely with Jason for a while now, I can tell you the #1 issue facing new real estate investors is fear. They fear they will lose money. They fear they will get stuck paying on a home. They fear they will make bad decisions.
The only way to lose money in real estate is to not be in the market. Even in a recession, real estate eventually goes back up. The strategy may change but the money never does.
I highly recommend reading this book if you’re looking for new ways to grow your investment portfolio and especially if you’ve been thinking about buying and flipping real estate.
