There are really two types of people in this world. Greedy people and loyal people. Obviously, one is better to surround yourself with than the other, but how do you find loyal employees, significant others and friends? Well, it’s actually easier than you think.

In order to attract loyal people, you must first be a loyal person.

Loyalty is hard to find these days because most people are so self-centered and “me” focused that they only look for personal gains instead of the prosperity of those whose paths they cross. Zig Ziglar always said, “If you help enough people get what they want, you will eventually get what you want.” Putting others first is a sign of loyalty and people know how to spot it.

You want to distance yourself as far as possible from greedy people. Greedy people greedily steal your time, energy, drive and focus. Greed is a toxic trait in a person and you should run as far as you possibly can from anyone who even remotely seems greedy.

In this video, I’ll talk to you about hiring people based on loyalty merits and how you can spot the language of the greedy vs. the loyal. This doesn’t just apply to business either. It works in all relationships across the board.
