No one responded until the week of my visit.  
At this point, I had already moved on cause I thought no one was
interested.

It’s also the reason why they have experience living one year 10
years in a row. 
Right now, you have to stay focused on what’s next, especially
with everything happening in the world.

Nov 24, 2023Do you know what your default mindset is? It’s the operating system of our brain. 
Everything we do comes out of a thought. 
It controls how we operate. 
Most of our default mindsets come from our family. 
If your family votes a certain way, it’s because of your
family. 
If your family feels a certain way about money, it’s because of
your family. 
If your family looks a certain way, it’s because of your
family. 
We often stay in our default mindsets because of our operating
systems. 
We have to continuously upgrade the way we think if we’re to
grow. 
When you get a new iPhone, you have to upgrade your operating
system and learn something new. 
When Facebook changes the way we navigate the platform, we have
to learn something new. 
Change is a good thing. 
When it comes, don’t fight it. 
Learn how to work it to your advantage. 
Change is inevitable. 
It’s going to be forced on you. 
Find the loopholes and reprogram your default mindset. 
You shouldn’t be thinking the same way at 40 as we did at
20. 
Keep upgrading the way you think and leave your default mindset
in a constantly improved state so you can continue to
grow!

Nov 23, 2023Don’t get in your feelings if you don’t have to. Feelings are fake. 
They’re peptides that come from hormones that become
feelings. 
I’m not telling you that you can’t have feelings. 
But you can’t be a feelings first person. 
If you were a feelings-first person, you’ll never feel your way
into action. 
There are many times I don’t want to work out, but I know I have
to do the work. 
I let actions turn into feelings. 
I don’t feel like doing a podcast, but I do it first and always
feel better and accomplished once  I’ve done my episodes for
the week. 
People are wanting the government to make them feel
great. 
Their family. 
Their clients. 
Their friends. 
Don’t get caught up in feelings. 
Be an actions-first person and you’ll enjoy the feelings of
being accomplished from doing the things you didn’t feel like
doing. 
Feelings don’t make shit happen. 
Doing things does. 
Do first. Feel later. 
You’ll be better for it.
