Turns out, only 14 percent of all emails are read and over 90 percent of all phone calls are missed. This means that you have a very slim chance of reaching prospects on the phone and through email, which ironically, are the two main ways salespeople try and get in touch with prospects.
Out of frustration, I turned to social media to help me track down prospects. If I call and text a prospect and they don’t respond, my next move is to track them down and message them on Facebook. Facebook has a very high exposure rate and it’s actually really easy to find prospects there.
