will not happen. I was at a seminar and the leader told everyone to raise their
hands a little bit higher. 
Everybody raised their hands as comfortable as it was for
them. 
And then he asked again for the audience to raise their hands as
high as possible. 
When the audience realized he was serious, they got
serious. 
One lady got on her husband’s shoulders. 
Another one got on the desk to get her hands a little
higher. 
You’ve got to get serious about every single thing you
do. 
Your fitness- When you get serious, you’ll work out and eat
healthy. 
Marriage- When you get serious and really focus on your spouse,
your life improves. 
If you want to become a millionaire, you gotta get serious about
making $2800 a day. 
A lot of people say they “want it,” but are not willing to do
what it takes. 
If you really want it all, you gotta get serious and start
taking action.

When I was a kid, I used to call myself a loser. 
I was a scrawny kid. 
My family was broken. 
Divorced parents. 
It seemed like I couldn’t do anything right. 
After going to jail, I kept repeating the same cycles of tearing
myself down.
“You’re a criminal. You’ll never amount to
anything.” 
For some the conversation may sound like, 
“You’re too fat.”
“You don’t make enough money to be in this
room.” 
“Who do you think you are trying to better yourself?
Did you forget where you came from?!”
All of these negative conversations we have with ourselves show
up. 
So, let me first tell you this………….
STOP IT!

Change the words. 
Change the frame. 
Say nice things to yourself. 
Encourage yourself when you’re feeling scared or
insecure. 
Tell yourself you are fucking special and are the most qualified
person to be in this room! 
Change your language. 
Do the work. 
Gain the confidence you need. 
Have a better conversation in your head. 
And watch it all unfold into a life you never could’ve
imagined.
