If you’re not careful and if you let it, stress will cause you problems with your health.
Stress is insanely dangerous if you let it be.
You gotta get control of stress.
Most things people stress about haven’t happened yet or it’s something that has already happened that at this point you can’t do anything about it.
Don’t let stress have any control. Get control of it. It’s optional.
