The stock market will perform very well, new industries will be
born out of necessity, and you can count on the fact they will both
crash and be made obsolete at any given time.
It’s a cycle. 
When things are great, you’re all in. 
Life couldn’t be better. 
You are living the best version of your life, or at least the
appearance of it. 
But when things get tough, your true nature and character will
be tested. 
You’ll be tempted to be greedy when things get tight. 
You might cut corners or not, depending on how well you’ve been
a good steward of your resources. 
Will you be honest with the people you said you’ll be faithful
to or will you sacrifice those relationships as well in the name of
self-preservation? 
Who you are during trying times will be the true determination
of your character. 
Start preparing now. 
Set up your life with businesses that keep you flush with cash
in any economy. 
Pour into people who have been by your side and stood by you
through thick and thin. 
Make investments that keep you from having to compromise your
character during trying times. 
And you’ll be able to weather any storm that comes your way by
keeping your character in tact.

Dec 5, 2023You have to work it like you want it. I have sales pros approach me all the time telling me how big of
a closer they are.
They say, “Put me in! I’m a closer!” 
Anyone who comes to work for me has to be willing to wash the
toilets. 
Now, do they end up doing that? 
No, most say they’re in “sales” and don’t wash
toilets. 
I’m not here to work with anyone not willing to do the work as
basic as cleaning toilets. 
You have to work it like you want it. 
If you want a better body, you have to be willing and actually
go to the gym to do the work. 
If you want a better family, you need to spend time with them
like you want them around.
If you want a successful business, you have to work it like you
care about your clients and employees. 
At the end of the day, you have to keep yourself accountable to
one thing…….
Working it like you want it! 
It’s there for the taking….
All there is to do is do the work.

Dec 4, 2023When I was born, I was born Ryan McCord.When my parents split, my father left and it would be many years
before I’d see him again.  
My mother met a man and his last name was Stewman and he adopted
me. 
I later learned he was adopted, too. 
That name wasn’t even his. 
Later, when I met my wife, she had a son, Asher and I adopted
him, too.  He now carries the Stewman name. 
So why do I share this? 
You have a name. 
No matter where it came from, you owe it to yourself to mean
something.
