10:00 am meeting.  
Seriously, who can’t show up on time for a meeting on
time? 
They’re the people who miss their flights. 
And they always have an excuse. 
We all have the same 24 hours. 
The reliable people, they run the world. 
When your spouse is supportive and faithful, you can count on
them.
When your co-workers can count on you, you become
powerful. 
If a friend goes to jail and you bail them out, you become
reliable. 
On the job, when you show up and do the work, you get bonuses
and raises. 
When you show up at the gym, you become stronger. 
There’s power in reliability. 
If people can’t count on you, you’ve got nothing!

Oct 3, 2023You gotta rip the bandaid off! When I was 5 years old, I had a bandaid and tried to take a
bandaid off. 
My mother told me, you’ve got to rip it off to avoid the most
amount of pain. 
The same goes for life. 
You can try and make the process of taking the bandaid off your
wound, but you’re only prolonging the pain. 
Ripping off the bandaid will allow you to expose the pain that’s
been cause to you. 
It gets rid of the pain a lot quicker. 
3-5 seconds of pain is worth a lifetime of slowly trying to
remove something. 
For you in your life, it could be mental damage. 
The longer you avoid ripping off the bandaid, you allow dirt to
gather around your wound and possibly infect it. 
You’re not invincible in life. 
The best way to heal emotional pain is to rip the bandaid
off. 
Take the pain for a couple of seconds and move forward for the
rest of your life!

We see people drafted into the NFL and think he got famous
overnight. 
No. 
It took days, nights, weekends practicing with coaches, their
teams, moms and dads. 
He worked his ass off every single day. 
They practiced for years!  
If you want to be a millionaire, you’ve got to be
patient. 
Facebook was a company 5 years before it even went
public. 
And they were moving at lightening speed at that time,
too. 
If you want to build a million-dollar-a-year business, you’ve
got to be on your grind every single day. 
It’s going to take massive repetitions. 
You can’t just say, “I want a multi-million dollar business” and
have it happen.
You wanna have a great marriage? 
You’re going to have to work at it. It takes time. 
Countless date nights, conversations, and situations you may
have never encountered in your life. 
If you want to have ripped abs, you can’t just go to the gym and
get the results. 
It takes time. 
I can share tons of other examples. 
Employees……you want great employees?  It’s going to
take time…..
Great things happen over time, not overnight……….
