ReWire 499: We All Are Given A Gift

Mar 28, 2023A couple of years ago,  I was hanging out with Steve
Weatherford and Ken Shamrock. Both are prolific athletes. 
Both in peak physical condition. 
Both have not stopped working out to this very day. 
I know because I see Steve at church and I keep in touch with
Ken Shamrock. 
If you don’t know who they are, Google them. 
We were all sitting around the airport and I asked Ken why he
keeps in such great shape.  
He’s close to 60 now, but is still in peak physical condition
with muscles, and veins popping out. 
Ken looked at me and simply said, “People still look up to
me.  I can’t show up to an event or a match looking schlubby
and fat.”
That hit me hard because even in my 40s, I know how hard it is
to stay in great shape.  
But it also made me think of Apex and how all of our members are
in the process of getting in great shape or already
there. 
They represent what winning looks like. 
It goes deeper than looks. 
It’s not for vanity, but for legacy. 
This episode will peel the onion back on this one.

Mar 27, 2023Some of the wealthiest people in the banking industry are
investment bankers.  They were recently surveyed and when asked about the true
definition of wealth, they set the standard at having $25M in
assets and a minimum income of $500,000 a year. 
The only way to become rich is to own your way to becoming
rich. 
Stocks. 
Bonds. 
Property. 
Most people spend their lives owning the wong
things.  
The rich, they’re not concerned with diamond rings, shoes,
purses, etc. 
They buy commercial properties, storage facilities, buy
electricity futures and that’s just the short list. 
It’s not about how much money you make a year.  It’s what
you do with what you have to buy the things you own. 
Start rewiring your mind around money. 
Start buying things that become assets and allow you to control
money in the most profitable way possible, just like the investment
bankers.

Mar 24, 2023At birth, we
were born into fear. 
Fear of losing
the comfort of our mother’s wombs. 

Fear of new
experiences.  

Fear of the
new smells, sounds, and everything living and breathing in the
world. 

It doesn’t
stop once we become adults either. 

Fear was
intended to be a protection mechanism, and the sooner you can break
through the fear, the faster you can plow through and onto your
true path.  

The one you
are intended to live on this earth. 
The best way to break that fear is to take action.
