When you wanna quit your body is really only at roughly 40% of its capacity.
What the means really, is when you think it’s time to quit your body still has plenty of gas left in the tank.
When you feel like you want to quit that is the time to smash the gas and push yourself even harder.
If you push harder at 40% you will raise the mark of when you want to quit.
If you keep at it at 40% that will eventually be 60% and so on and so on.
When you feel like quitting it’s time to dig deep and keep yourself going.
