Sometimes being too nice can lead to betrayal.

Sometimes people often mistake someone being nice for weakness.

Instead of striving to be overly nice or a people person, you should set expectations within your relationships.

It doesn’t matter if the relationship is in your business or personal life it is important to communicate the expectations of that relationship.

If you don’t define any expectations people will be more likely to betray you and walk all over you.
