before I’d see him again.  
My mother met a man and his last name was Stewman and he adopted
me. 
I later learned he was adopted, too. 
That name wasn’t even his. 
Later, when I met my wife, she had a son, Asher and I adopted
him, too.  He now carries the Stewman name. 
So why do I share this? 
You have a name. 
No matter where it came from, you owe it to yourself to mean
something.  
You’ll need to fight for what you want. 
Educate yourself on things and learn how to do things that help
advance your family, your faith, your fitness, and your
finances. 
It starts with you deciding how you’re going to make your name
mean something. 
You have a brief moment while you’re here. 
Make every second count.

try and keep you down. 
They’ll say, “Who do you think you are?” 
“You trying to be the next Tony Robbins?” 
Shut them the fuck down.
Who you were when you were a kid is not who you are
today. 
Who you are today is different than whom you were
yesterday. 
If there are people who try to keep their thumb on you as you
make your way up, release them from your life and shut them
down. 
They’re not going where you’re going. 
Stay focused on your mission. 
Don’t let anyone or anything get in the way of what you’re
doing! 
You’re on a unique mission bestowed upon you by God.

Your body. 
Life wants you to stay stuck and believe you can’t move
forward. 
I’ve been in jail. 
Married to the wrong people. 
I’ve been in business with the wrong people. 
But I’ve come through the rough side of life. 
You can lie on me. 
Put me down. 
Cut me up, but……
You will never take me off my mission while I’m here on this
earth! 
There are people who are willing to do what it takes to live a
great life and put in the work. 
The work you put in the gym today may not show up for 6
months. 
The money you invest may not mature for 10 years. 
The family you create may not be there for you if you allow your
scars to get in the way of having a great relationship with
