Sep 22, 2023The reason people fear starting over from scratch is they don’t
like where they’re at. Sure, starting over is taking a step back. 
It’s humiliating sometimes. 
But being afraid of starting over is not going to help you move
forward. 
I started over with my businesses more times than I can
count. 
Every time we start over, we have wisdom, experience, and
understanding that allow us to come back faster than we did
before. 
When people come to work for me, they have to take a step
back. 
But if you work your ass off, you’ll end up getting
rewarded. 
You’ll make more money. 
But you have to be willing to start over and climb back up
again. 
This is the essence of what’s required to make it to the top,
but you can’t be afraid to start over. 
Release the fear and get it in gear.

Sep 21, 2023I’m going to tell you a very powerful Bible story in this
episode. It’s from Matthew Chapter 13. 
This story is going to show you the parable for life. 
You’re going to start some businesses. 
Some will not have enough soil, but it’s going to sprout
up. 
You’re going to start a relationship only for it to end 6 months
later. 
You’ll start another business and maybe it will grow to 30, 60
or 100 times what it was.  
In life, you have to keep planting seeds. 
Move forward. 
If something doesn’t sprout and thrive, let it be and move to
the next place, but do not stop sowing the seeds. 
Sow every field with love and they will grow and love you
back.

Sep 20, 2023My pastor Keith Craft told me, “If you’ll do more than you’re
paid for, you’ll be paid for more than you do.”I’ve never had an hourly job as an adult.  
I’ve always worked on commission and was always willing to eat
what I killed. 
I’ve always worked more than what I was paid for. 
When I was in prison, I was getting after it on the
yard. 
The boss on the yard called me over and said, “You were out
there working your ass off.  Are you on drugs?”
I said, “No.” 
He said, “Starting tomorrow you’re going to take everyone over
to the yard to work tomorrow on the tractor.” 
I had to fight a couple of guys and got sent to solitary
confinement because they thought I snitched on someone to get the
job. 
I did this in the mortgage industry too. Everyone started work
at 10 am. 
I’d be there at 8 am putting in the work and making more money
than some of those guys who had been there five or 10
years. 
Here’s the lesson……..
Do more than you’re paid for and you’ll be paid for more than
you do.
