Your hands/body will naturally develop callouses when you put in hard work such as pull ups or push ups in the gym or practicing guitar.
Those callouses are there to get hard and protect you from your softer areas over time.
You need to ask yourself what areas of your life you are soft in. Those are the areas you need to go in pursuit of callousing!
