Some people will go out and work 2-3 hours of their 8-hour work
day and think they deserve a raise.
When you receive something you haven’t earned, you tend to give
it away.
People who make a ton of money, tend to earn more because they
deserve it.
They’re grateful for it.
They invest it and protect it.
Most people spend or blow through their gifts.
The mindset is different when you earn something. You treat it
differently. You work for it and an emotional connection to
it.
Think about your relationship to money, the work you do and
that’s where you’ll find the disconnect between what you have and
what you want.
Lean in and pay attention to it.
If you’re going to get paid what you’re worth, you’re going to
have to do the work.
