condition your body to override your mind so you can be more

Your love life. 

It requires one more step. 

One more mile. 

One more minute before you have a drink. 

Discipline your mind by disciplining your body. 

Do this and you’ll be unstoppable. 



This planet is based on an algorithm and with every positive
action, there is an adverse reaction.
